28.2.18 - Insulation and down pipes done

Insulation is about 90% done, they have a bit more to do in the roof. Down pipes were installed today...not particularly happy with the one right at the front door. Hopefully it blends in better once it's painted to match the bricks.

23.2.18 - Eaves done and insulation delivered

The eave sheets have been done and the bags of insulation delivered ready to be put in next week.

20.2.18 - Bricks finished and clean

The bricks were completed last Friday 16th February and the brick cleaner was out today to clean them. There are parts on the front pillars where the mortar has come out on the edges when they were cleaned, but this will be fixed up at the end when we do the defect list.

17.2.18 - Air Conditioner vents and electrical wiring installed

The air conditioner company were out today putting in all the ceiling tubes for the ducted air con. The electrician has also been out to run the wiring before gyprock goes up in a few weeks. He has also put our meter box on.

7.2.18 - More bricks

Most of the front of the house has now been done. The photos were taken in the dark, so aren't the best quality. They are expecting to be completely finished by the end of next week.

2.2.18 - More bricks

The termi-mesh was laid earlier this week and then more bricks have been laid on the garage wall and partially at the back of the house.
